Meet Nikki

Nikki is a spirited and energetic entrepreneur who opened the first nail salon in Ames, becoming a favorite in the community for the past 28 years. Born in 1973 and one of six siblings, Nikki moved from Vietnam to the U.S. on October 9th, 1992, starting her journey in California before settling in Iowa in 1995. With a natural gift for humor and a talent for connecting with people, she knows each of her customers personally, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps them coming back.

Having attended cosmetic school, Nikki is passionate about her art and loves to travel, always seeking inspiration from new places. When she first arrived in the U.S., she barely spoke English, but her determination and vibrant spirit helped her overcome challenges and build a thriving business. Nikki's journey is a testament to resilience, and she continues to spread joy and laughter wherever she goes.
